The pandemic has caused severe health and economic hardship on many individuals, families, companies, and governments. Many companies and organizations large and small were forced to close and/or reduce staff. Growth Opps partners with corporations and organizations seeking to establish a fund to assist employees who have been economically affected by COVID-19. The fund is structured to allow employees to apply for grant support during these challenging economic conditions. These funds can also be used to accommodate other employee hardships.
